This is for the cover of the second issue of the English Gothic & Lolita bible.
If you haven't heard already, Tokyopop is publishing an english version of G&LB ! The first issue is already out [link] and this Illustration is for the cover of issue 2, which I believe comes out in June.
Its basically an updated version of [link]
